Final Dress Rehearsals

Bring your group to experience live opera in the War Memorial Opera House.

DEC invites community groups to watch final dress rehearsals--the last run-through of a production, with full costumes, makeup, lightning, and sound, before it opens to the public.

San Francisco Opera Guild enables school groups to attend final dress rehearsal performances and experience through their Student Dress Rehearsals program.

WHO IT'S FOR

Community groups as such as K-12 public school groups, homeschool groups, university groups, seniors, culturally affiliated community groups, and local arts organizations, et cetera.

In a brutal world where revenge is enacted with the axe, Klytämnestra has murdered her husband Agamemnon. Their daughter Elektra is consumed by her grief and is fixated on vengeance against her mother. Justice must be served.
