Sing a Story

Unleash the imaginations of your youngest students as they learn about a classic opera in their own classroom.

Our teaching artist will visit your classroom for a singing lesson and a one-of-kind interactive musical telling of a classic opera story sure to inspire and delight even the youngest students. Complete with follow up activities and prep materials.

Sing a Story takes place in individual classrooms and lasts approximately 50 minutes. We can visit up to four classrooms per day and class size is limited to 28 students.

TK/Kindergarten: Hansel and Gretel
1st grade: The Magic Flute
2nd grade: La Cenerentola
3rd grade: Das Rheingold

TK-3rd grade: La Flauta Magica (The Magic Flute in Spanish)

TK-3rd grade: Hansel y Gretel (Hansel and Gretel in Spanish)

When: February 5 - May 24, 2024

Cost: $150 per classroom. Scholarships are available for qualifying schools.
