Where to Park
Multiple parking options are available within walking distance to the War Memorial Opera House. Get to the area early to make sure you give yourself ample time to park and get to the Opera House.
Civic Center Ambassadors wearing orange jackets will be leading a walking group to the Civic Center and UC Law SF (formerly UC Hastings) garages. They will be on the north side of the main entrance steps on Van Ness holding a sign. Walking groups leave 15 minutes after the conclusion of each performance.

Public Transportation
The War Memorial Opera House is a short walk from the Civic Center BART and MUNI stations as well as the Van Ness MUNI station. Bear in mind that parking in the Civic Center area can be limited, especially during performances.

By Car
Rideshare: Rideshare services pick-up and drop-off using the white loading zone at 301 Van Ness Avenue (located in front of the Opera House).
Taxi Service: Grab a taxi after the performance at the Grove Street taxi ramp. First come, first served and based on availability.

Bike: There are bicycle racks are located on Van Ness Avenue at Grove Street.
