This holiday season, join us for a classic tale of love, transformation, and friendship as we encounter Rabbit, the wise old horse, Nana, and a host of toys navigating the joys and challenges of growing up. Told from the toys’ perspective, Caroline Altman’s adaptation of Margery Williams’ classic story poses the question of what it is to be real, and whether real is simply in the eye and heart of the beholder. Full of spirited music, comic antics, and great poignancy, this adaptation, running about 50 minutes, will spark the spirit and imagination of anyone who has ever loved a toy.

Bring the whole family into the world of The Velveteen Rabbit!
On Sunday, December 13, families are invited to celebrate The Velveteen Rabbit with a festive afternoon at the Taube Atrium Theater and Bryan Education Studio. The afternoon will begin with family activities and a Bunny Buffet lunch in the Bryan Education Studio. Families will then gather in the Taube Atrium Theater for a special performance of The Velveteen Rabbit. Following the performance, guests will enjoy a meet-and-greet with the performers, including opportunities for photos and autographs, along with cookies and holiday treats.
