• Additional Information
  • A selection of stage props and other opera merchandise will also be sold.
  • Cost of entry helps cover the costs of hosting the sale; all proceeds from entry fees and sales will support San Francisco Opera.
  • All sales final.
  • Customer restrooms will only be available outside and will be portable restrooms, including an ADA stall and handwashing station.
  • Changing rooms will not be available at the public sale.
  • Cashless sales only 
  • Food and drink, except for water, are not allowed into the sale.
• Ticketing and Entry
  • Due to fire capacity limits (180 total) tickets for timed entry must be purchased online in advance; each person needs a ticket to enter, but multiple tickets can be purchased at a time.
  • People should arrive and join the entry queue at the time listed on their ticket. Please note there may be a short wait to enter the space based on capacity. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your entrance time, you may not be permitted into the sale.
  • Entry includes 2 hours of shopping and guests will receive a color-coded wristband as they enter. 
  • All attendees 6 years old and above need a ticket for entry. Please note, minors must be supervised at all times as there are many delicate and breakable items. 
  • Please note, no inventory will be held back. For best selection, please plan to purchase an earlier entry time.

• Parking Details
  • ADA Parking - ADA parking spots will be available for guests with accessibility needs at the 826 Burlway Road parking area. Please note, ADA parking will be available on a first come, first served basis.
  • General Parking - Costume Sale guests can park at 1499 Old Bayshore Highway, located 2 blocks away from the costume sale location. Please see Location Information below to view a map.
  • A small number of nearby parking spots will be reserved for pick up / drop off and merchandise loading.
