Live Magic – Live Tweeting The Magic Flute Dress Rehearsal

Recently a group of social-savvy tweeters gathered at the Opera House to live tweet the final dress rehearsal of Mozart’s The Magic Flute. The classic opera is sung in English; our General Director David Gockley contributed to the English translation of Schikaneder’s libretto.

The tweets included personal reactions, pop culture comparisons and feedback on the colorful production design by Jun Kaneko. Here’s just a sampling:
