MAKE THEM LAUGH. MAKE THEM CRY. MAKE THEM PAY.

As the court jester, Rigoletto’s job is to entertain the Duke of Mantua, usually at the expense of powerful members of the court. When he is cursed for a taunt that cuts too deep, a terrible sequence of events is set in motion, threatening his only treasure in life: his daughter.

SYNOPSIS

His words are as sharp as blades, but when it comes to dissuading his daughter from running off with an adulterous duke, the jester Rigoletto finds himself powerless.
