To caffeinate or not to caffeinate: Try an energy packed snack that will give you a boost without having to rely on caffeine.
Take a walk: Check out the community park at the center of the neighborhood, the Hayes Green.
Combat the choking fits: Bring hard candy, a handkerchief or tissue with you.
Do your homework: There’s nothing worse than sitting in a theatre for three hours and having no idea what’s going on.
Dress in something comfortable: You can still wear the nice dress or tux that’s been sitting in your closet, just make sure it’s comfortable.
Bathroom breaks: Channel your past child self and listen to the wise words of your mother before a long road trip, and go pee at intermission.
