Elio has worked with emerging artists as a director and dramatic coach at Palm Beach Opera, The Atlanta Opera, Wolf Trap Opera, Merola Opera Program, Music Academy of the West, Opera Saratoga, and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. They are a recipient of the 2026 Bayreuth Stipendium from the Richard Wagner Scholarship Foundation and the Wagner Society of Northern California.
