Alexander Taite

A San Francisco Opera chorister, tenor Alexander Taite made his solo debut with the Company as a freed slave in the 2007 world premiere of Philip Glass’s Appomattox. A native of Oakland, his other Bay Area engagements include solo roles in The Ballad of Baby Doe with West Edge Opera, Cavaradossi (Tosca) with San Francisco Parlor Opera, and Ruiz (Il Trovatore) with Livermore Valley Opera.
